Our Guildford Library closed permanently at the end of May 2024.
Below you will find details of how you can continue to get support from Library & Learning Skills.
If you would like a place to study with free wifi in the local area we recommend you register at a nearby local library in Surrey.
If you are not based in Surrey, you can identify nearby local libraries using the gov.uk website:
Alternatively, you may be able to apply for a visitor's pass for the University of Surrey and use their facilities but as a member of the public.
The library will be reserved for their own students at certain times (e.g. during their assessment period)
Please note:
If you have any questions about where you might be able to visit, please get in contact with us.
You still have access to a range of online options from the Library & Learning Skills team:
Email: library@law.ac.uk
Please refer to our Other Help and Support tab to learn about further support offered by The University of Law.
